The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that can be modified for your level of challenge. Exercises include using, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer, Kettle Bell, Hand Weights, Battle Rope, Slam & Med Balls, Foam Roller, Yoga Props and more to keep you moving. 45-min Morning Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to the more dynamic (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and muscle contraction and lengthening. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, holding poses for longer periods of time than in other styles. This style of practice is great for working your connective tissues and such as ligaments and joints, that respond best to mindful steady movement. These passive poses are held for several minutes with the use of yoga props to allow for deeper stretching. This is your chance to start a workout program and learn how to move better while preventing injury. There will be 3 modules in this 45 min workout, 10 min Cardio warm up, 25 min HIIT and 10 min Recovery cool down. Cardio- A variety of cardio basic movements including: drills, interval training, power walking & running. If you've always wanted to get more cardio in your workouts this will teach you how to breath & train.
