45 min TRX Strong class is an effective total body workout utilizing various types of workout equipment in a series of timed stations & HIIT ending with deep stretching and recovery. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that can be modified for your level of challenge. Exercises include using, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer, Kettle Bell, Hand Weights, Battle Rope, Slam & Med Balls, Foam Roller, Yoga Props and more to keep you moving. Check in at the TW Mock Studio, then Walk/Jog/Run 2.5 miles down and back along 15th Street past Main Street to 40 Highway then back to TW outside lawn. We will then recover and stretch with a refreshing bottle of chlorophyll water, cool essential infused spa towel and go through a series of yoga postures for joint mobility and relaxation.
