This class builds lean muscles with HIIT (high intensity interval training) which optimizes the body's metabolism, balances hormones, and enhances cellular repair. While sculpting, you'll experience cardio bursts, calisthenics and core activation moving into restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen between sets. Get ready to find your fatigue and sweat out toxins for an energizing full body workout - ending class with deep stretching, breathwork and mindful meditation.​

Hot core fusion - 45 min

​​45-min Hot Core Fusion class will transform, build and tone deep core muscles to increase overall strength and mobility. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Class is broken down into a series of high-intensity, Tabata based intervals and low-intensity restorative yoga asanas to maximize muscle tone, structure and functionality. This is an ideal add-on workout for those looking to enhance core power and push the limits of their yoga or fitness practice. Focused breathing is synchronized with vigorous intentional movements. Awakening pelvic strength while increasing energy, circulation, and flexibility to heal, stretch and lengthen.

Fit Flow - 45 min

45 min Fit Flow class is an effective total body workout that combines the muscle-building benefits of strength training with the balance and flexibility of yoga. All levels welcome - including beginners!

This music-led class incorporates body-weight exercises with the use of light workout equipment such as hand weights or resistance bands, with corresponding yoga stretches to provide you with the ultimate muscle-building and stretching combination. Benefits include reduced injury risk, enhanced weight loss, exercise adherence, decreased stress levels, and improved overall physical fitness & health. Whether you're looking to gain muscle tone, improve flexibility or relieve stress, this class is perfect for all. Modifications are offered for all levels of practice to suit individual needs.

Stress relief yoga - 60 MIN

​60-min Stress Relief Yoga - wind down your evening with a relaxing practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Class begins with conscious breath work to bring you into present moment awareness. Yoga postures (asana) are led with attention to form with props incorporated to make postures more accessible and comfortable. Gentle Yin and restorative poses allow a deep stretch into muscles and joints, improving joint mobility and range of motion. As you enter into a state of deep relaxation, your body will replenish. You will leave feeling calm and at ease with your body, mind and spirit. 
Enjoy warm spa towel and herbal packs during a peaceful final relaxation in savasana. This is the perfect practice to ease your body and enjoy a restful night.

buti Yoga FLOW - 45 min

Buti uses Spiral Structure Technique to challenge and shape the body in all planes of movement. This targets deep core muscles that stabilize the pelvis to strengthen the whole-body. Class is designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Buti - Marathi Indian meaning "the cure to something that has been hidden away or kept a secret." Beyond the physical benefits, Buti is a unique yoga practice of going within to unleash deep healing and strength. Get ready to detox, energize and sweat your asana off!

YOGA FLOW​ - 60 min

60-min Yoga Flow class is the perfect blend of Meditation + Movement offered in a variety of yoga styles customized for the group - Slow Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin Yoga. All levels welcome - including beginners.

​Class will incorporate opening/closing meditation, with mindful breathing and movement allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating moving stretches, sun salutations, and balance poses to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This is a challenging yet light approach to building your yoga practice.

Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress or simply decompress, this class is perfect for all. Modifications offered for all levels of practice with the use of yoga props to prevent injuries and suit individual needs.

stretch + Mobility - 45 min

45 - min Stretch + Mobility class focuses on mobility training that can aid in repetitive strains, injury prevention, healing, increase joint range & improve overall strength and flexibility. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Let your body relax and recover as you go through a series of yoga and mobility stretches with the use of T Spheres as well as other self-care tools such as a foam roller, yoga wheel, and other varieties of yoga props. This class is ideal for those who need movement therapy, injury recovery, restorative relaxation and mindful movement. Class is customized to the group.

Barre - 60 min

​​60 min Barre this class is unique to TW allowing for full body isometric toning in ballet barre movement without the use of an actual Barre. All levels welcome - including beginners! 

Sculpt and tone muscles while strengthening core to improve balance, stability and flexibility. Build pelvic floor structure for spinal alignment and improved posture. This fun, energizing and effective class uses center work and floor barre techniques similar to an authentic ballet class (no dance experience required). Incorporates stretching and lengthening muscles to allow for recovery and rejuvenation.

power yoga flow - 60 min

This dynamic style of yoga links breath to movement, allowing one to awaken core, enhance mobility, and increase flexibility. Yoga poses are adaptable for all levels, providing creative options as we transition to reach a "peak posture". Build stamina, energize and detoxify your body while refocusing and calming the mind.

TRX Strong - 45 min

45 min TRX Strong class is an effective total body workout utilizing various types of workout equipment in a series of timed stations ending with deep stretching and recovery.  All levels welcome - including beginners!
 
The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that can be modified for your level of challenge. Exercises include using, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer, Kettle Bell, Hand Weights, Battle Rope, Slam & Med Balls, Foam Roller, Yoga Props and more to keep you moving! TRX Yoga + Pilates movements may be incorporated.
 
Functional training with the TRX is a fun, energetic, and dynamic way to build strength, lose weight, tone up, and build core power as you engage the CORE all the time, in any movement you do. This class offers a refreshing boost to your workout as each class is customized for the group. Ideal for those looking to enhance joint mobility, core stability, overall strength while building endurance.

barre express - 45 min

45 min Barre Express this class is the perfect boost to energize and revive. All levels welcome - including beginners!

Class will focus on isometric movements to develop elongated, lean muscles utilizing body weight, resistance bands/balls and light hand weights with particular attention to postural alignment and core stability (no dance experience required). Incorporates stretching and lengthening muscles to allow for recovery and rejuvenation.

Outdoor hiit + recover - 45 min

45 min Outdoor HIIT + Recover is a full body workout that will challenge your body while creating lasting results. Get some fresh air, sunshine and sweat out all those toxins. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.

This is your chance to be part of a workout program and learn how to move better while preventing injury. There will be 3 modules in this 45 min workout, 10 min Cardio warm up, 25 min HIIT and 10 min Recovery cool down.

Cardio- A variety of cardio basic movements including: drills, interval training, power walking & running. If you've always wanted to get more cardio in your workouts this will teach you how to breath & train.
HIIT- (High Intensity Interval Training) A variety of traditional calisthenics, functional fitness & body toning exercises utilizing various workout equipment (bring what you have)
Recover - mobility training can aid in repetitive strains, injury prevention, healing, increase joint range & improve strength. Let the body relax as you go through a series of yoga stretches and movement therapy with the foam roller, yoga props and T Spheres (if available).

Please wear workout clothes & shoes. Bring an outdoor workout mat, sweat towel, water and any props or workout items needed (available @TW). Hydration Advised!

Incorporating Vinyasas style flow, challenging strength and balance postures, mindful focus and meditation while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Yoga poses are adaptable for all levels, providing creative options as your invited to reach a "peak posture" with support. Strengthen, balance, energize and detoxify your mind, body, and soul.
