45 min Yoga Sculpt - class is designed to maximize functional core strength through dynamic power yoga taking your practice to another level with elements of weight training. All levels welcome - including beginners.

This class builds lean muscles with HIIT (high intensity interval training) which optimizes the body's metabolism, balances hormones, and enhances cellular repair. While sculpting, you'll experience cardio bursts, calisthenics and core activation moving into restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen between sets. Get ready to find your fatigue and sweat out toxins for an energizing full body workout - ending class with deep stretching, breathwork and mindful meditation.​

Hot core fusion @TW on MAin - 45 min

​​45-min Hot Core Fusion @TW on Main Studio - class will transform, build and tone deep core muscles to increase overall strength and mobility. All levels welcome - including beginners.
​

Class is broken down into a series of high-intensity, Tabata based intervals and low-intensity restorative yoga asanas to maximize muscle tone, structure and functionality. This is an ideal add-on workout for those looking to enhance core power and push the limits of their yoga or fitness practice. Focused breathing is synchronized with vigorous intentional movements. Awakening pelvic strength while increasing energy, circulation, and flexibility to heal, stretch and lengthen.

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and have a yoga mat, towel & water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
Floor Barre Fusion - 45 min

45 min Floor Barre Fusion - is a great hybrid of ballet and fitness to boost energy and revive your body. All levels welcome - guys and gals including beginners!

Barre is a style of exercise incorporating movements derived from ballet into a full body no-impact workout for every fitness level (no dance experience required). You don’t need to be a ballerina to love the workout you get from slow, controlled movements designed to engage and tone your abs, glutes, and inner thighs. Various props might be provided to enhance the workout. No dance experience required - class is done barefoot!

Stress relief yoga - 60 MIN

​60-min Stress Relief Yoga - wind down your evening with a relaxing practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Class begins with conscious breath work to bring you into present moment awareness. Yoga postures (asana) are led with attention to form with props incorporated to make postures more accessible and comfortable. Gentle Yin and restorative poses allow a deep stretch into muscles and joints, improving joint mobility and range of motion. As you enter into a state of deep relaxation, your body will replenish. You will leave feeling calm and at ease with your body, mind and spirit. 
Enjoy warm spa towel and herbal packs during a peaceful final relaxation in savasana. This is the perfect practice to ease your body and enjoy a restful night.

Vinyasa Yoga Blend @TW on Main - 60 min

60-min Vinyasa Yoga Blend @TW on Main Studio - combines flowing movement, breathing, and meditation incorporating a variety of yoga styles. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Class will incorporate warming sun salutations, challenging strength and balance postures, and mindful focus while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This mixed level hybrid class infuses alignment-based vinyasa in the beginning of class to build heat then transitions into longer held postures towards the end. The pace of the class allows for opportunities to play with and explore deeper variations of poses. Yoga poses are adaptable for all levels, awakening strength, energy, and flexibility to help build your foundation for a meaningful practice.

​45 min Buti Yoga Flow @TW on Main Studio - class is a fusion of power yoga, primal flow, and deep abdominal toning. The soulful music beat guides the movement. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Buti uses Spiral Structure Technique to challenge and shape the body in all planes of movement. This targets deep core muscles that stabilize the pelvis to strengthen the whole-body. Class is designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Buti - Marathi Indian meaning "the cure to something that has been hidden away or kept a secret." Beyond the physical benefits, Buti is a unique yoga practice of going within to unleash deep healing and strength. Get ready to detox, energize and sweat your asana off!

TRX STRONG @TW on Main - 45 MIN

​​45 min TRX Strong @TW on Main Studio - class is an effective total body workout utilizing various types of workout equipment in a series of timed stations ending with deep stretching and recovery.  All levels welcome - including beginners!
 
The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that can be modified for your level of challenge. Exercises include using, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer, Kettle Bell, Hand Weights, Battle Rope, Slam & Med Balls, Foam Roller, Yoga Props and more to keep you moving. Ending class with deep stretching, mobility and recovery time.  
 
Functional training with the TRX is a fun, energetic, and dynamic way to build strength, lose weight, tone up, and build core power as you engage the CORE all the time, in any movement you do. This class offers a refreshing boost to your workout as each class is customized for the group. Ideal for those looking to enhance joint mobility, core stability, overall strength while building endurance. Hydration Advised!

Barre Express  - 45 min

45 min Barre Express class is the perfect boost to energize and revive your body and mind. All levels welcome - including beginners!

Barre is a style of exercise incorporating movements derived from ballet into a full body low impact workout for every fitness level (no dance experience necessary). This class involves isometric movements sequenced in a manner that will strengthen, tone and elongate your muscles to build foundation and endurance. Various props including light weights, Pilates balls and yoga blocks may be used. You'll leave feeling alive and aligned, with increased stamina.

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat, towel, water and any props needed (available at TW). Hydration Advised!
stretch + Mobility - 45 min

45 min Stretch + Mobility class focuses on mobility training that can aid in repetitive strains, injury prevention, healing, increase joint range & improve overall strength and flexibility. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Let your body relax and recover as you go through a series of yoga and mobility stretches with the use of T Spheres as well as other self-care tools such as a foam roller, yoga wheel, and other varieties of yoga props. This class is ideal for those who need movement therapy, injury recovery, increase joint range of motion, restorative relaxation and mindful movement. Class is customized to the group.

TRX Yoga Sculpt @TW on Main - 45 min

​This class is designed to increase strength, endurance & flexibility with strong yoga postures and flowing movement. The TRX suspension trainer will be used to enhance the mobility, stability, and strength in standard yoga asanas  while sculpting the body. The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that you can increase or decrease depending on your level of challenge. Class may also incorporate hand weights, loop resistance bands, Pilates balls and yoga wheel. Each class is customized for the group and is ideal for those looking to enhance their yoga practice with core stability and strength. meditative yoga flow - 60 min

60-min Meditative Yoga Flow class is a synergistic blend of Meditation + Movement offered in a variety of yoga styles customized for the group - Slow Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga. All levels welcome - including beginners.

Class will incorporate opening/closing meditation, with mindful breathing and movement. This allows you to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating movement to lengthen the body, balancing poses to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This is a stimulating yet thoughtful approach to building your yoga practice.

Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress, or simply decompress, this class is perfect for all. Modifications offered for all levels of practice with the use of yoga props to prevent injuries and suit individual needs.
