TRX Strong ( 45 min) - This class is an effective total body workout utilizing various types of workout equipment in a series of timed stations & HIIT ending with deep stretching and recovery. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that can be modified for your level of challenge. Exercises include using, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer, Kettle Bell, Hand Weights, Battle Rope, Slam & Med Balls, Foam Roller, Yoga Props and more to keep you moving.
