Whether you're looking to incorporate more holistic health + wellness into your lifestyle, how to get started on a fitness program, or how to change your nutrition habits, we offer a variety of classes and services that can be customized for your needs! Assisted & Passive Stretch + Mobility Session $30/15 min
This 1:1 session is designed for the active individual or someone just starting out their workout program to bring more movement, recovery and full body stretching to their fitness plan. Guys & Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.
Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance sports performance, an avid workout fanatic wanting to increase mobility and joint range of motion, or just need to move and feel better with full body assisted and passive stretching, the benefits of these sessions are suited for all ages from youth athletes to active older adults. Includes a series of professional assisted stretching, therapy exercises and joint mobility stations utilizing equipment and props such as: Theragun, Foam Roller, Kinesio Tape, TRX Suspension Trainer, T Spheres along with various Yoga prop such as straps, blocks, bolsters and yoga wheel will be used to aid in muscle relaxation and restorative recovery. Thermotherapy heat and Cryotherapy cold compresses will be used as needed.

Fitness + Health Assessment - $75/90 Min
Measures Cardio-Vascular Endurance, Muscle Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility through a series of assessments. Start your fitness program or workout right! Required to start Personal Training Sessions. Please bring or wear workout clothes.
One of the best things you can do when it comes to tracking your health + fitness progress is with a fitness health assessment or FHA. Takes about 60-90 minute consultation with a Certified Health + Wellness professional where you are tested on the 5 components of fitness: body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Some assessments may also test for balance, mobility, or more sports performance based on power and agility.
Generally, a health professional will want a client to go through an assessment before they start any form of a fitness program so they can best create a program that is going to work for them based on their goals and outcomes from the assessment. After the initial assessment it would be a good idea to reassess your progress 3-6 months later to see if you made any progress and how you can continue to improve. Fitness assessments are also scored and evaluated based on your age and gender.
