About Thai Massage with Neda...
Thai Massage is an ancient form of eastern bodywork that incorporates Ayurvedic healing principles. Sometimes called “lazy person’s yoga”, therapist uses their hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches applying deep muscle compression, joint mobility and acupressure. This helps by relieving muscle tension and pain while increasing circulation, joint-range, flexibility and bone density. As sen energy pathways in the body open, you will experience more vitality and peaceful balance to your overall well-being. Session includes restorative meditation time with herbal heat body compress to help you rest, relax and rejuvenate at the end of the session.
