How do I sign up for classes?
At TW, we use Mindbody to book classes, bodywork, and events. You can create an account on the Mindbody website or download the free app to make it easy to register for classes, book treatments, and save your payment preferences.
What should I wear to class?
Your attire depends on the type of class you're attending, but in general, comfortable, stretchy, clothes are best for most classes. Most yoga classes are done barefoot, while strength and conditioning classes typically require shoes. If you're unsure, you can check the class description.
Do you have monthly memberships?
At TW, we don't offer a typical monthly membership, as our goal is to make sure our clients and students are being provided with the safest and most appropriate services for them. Instead, we offer class passes, available in single classes, as well as 4-, 8-, and 12-class passes, which stay in your account until they are used, or for 3 months. Also available is a 30-Day Unlimited Class Pass, which can be used on any weekly class offering.
Do I have to fill out a waiver?
All new students to TW will be sent a link to our online waiver via confirmation email upon registration for class. Once this waiver is completed, it stays on file for 3 years, unless there are changes to your contact information or health status. If changes need to be made to your information, please inform the instructor.
What do I need to bring to class?
While we have a supply of equipment to use here at the studio, if you have a yoga mat, blocks, or other props you'd prefer to use instead, please feel free to bring them with you, along with a water bottle. There are cubbies in the studio to store personal items, such as purses, shoes, phones, and keys.
do you allow walk-ins?
In order to take a class, you must have an account on Mindbody. We ask that students sign up via the Mindbody app or website at least an hour prior to the class start time to allow our instructors ample time to prepare. If you do not register in advance, we cannot guarantee you a spot, as space is limited in the studio.
What is your class cancellation policy?
Weekly classes have a 3-person minimum. If there is only 1-2 students signed up for class one hour prior to start time, the instructor will reach out to those students and inform them of the cancellation. If a class you are registered for is canceled for any reason, your class pass will be put back into your account.
Please inform the instructor at least an hour prior to class if you are unable to attend in order to avoid a class visit charge.
