HEALTH + SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- The safety and well-being of our staff, clients, and community is our priority at Trinity Wellness.
- If you recently have had any cold or flu-like symptoms, respiratory issues, or fever, have been in contact with others who are ill with contagious diseases, feel any symptoms that could be related to and/or have had potential exposure to someone who is ill, please wait until you are fully recovered to schedule or reschedule your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS
- Schedule your appointment in advance to ensure that you receive your service in a timely manner.
- Please make sure to check your email ahead and fill out the necessary online forms prior to your appointment to save on time.
- For your first session, please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in.
- Established clients, please arrive 5 min prior to your scheduled session to check-in and prevent delays.
- Refreshments can be enjoyed in the waiting area while you relax before and/or after your session.
CLASS RESERVATION POLICY
- Space is Limited! Sign up ahead to reserve your spot at least 1 hour prior.
- For your first visit, please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in.
- Please make sure to check your email ahead and fill out the necessary online forms prior to your visit.
- Established students, please arrive 5 min prior to your class time to check-in and prevent delays.
- If you are unable to attend, please early cancel your visit via MindBody online/app or inform your instructor at least 1 hour prior to class in order to avoid a class visit charge.
- If there are not enough sign-ups, there's no guarantee that there will be a class held. The instructor will notify you of this change and you will not be charged.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all our customers and to ourselves, the following policies are honored:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all our customers and to ourselves, the following policies are honored:
- APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION: 24 hour advance notice is required when early cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25 LATE FEE for short notice cancellation. This will be put on your account at Trinity Wellness and will be due before or on your next appointment. You may be put on a waiting list until an open scheduled time is available.
- NO-SHOWS: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “NO-SHOW.” You will be charged a $25 NO-SHOW FEE that will be put on your account at Trinity Wellness and will be due before or on your next appointment. You may be put on a waiting list until an open scheduled time is available.
- 3 STRIKES: If you have either Late-Canceled or No-Showed 3 times, depending on the circumstances, we will need to discuss other methods of pre-payment for your future appointments.
- LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session amount. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payment is due at time of service. Cash or Check is the method of payment preferred however we do accept Debit or Credit Cards with a $10 minimum purchase and 3% Processing Fee will apply.
- Credit Cards Accepted: VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Returned Checks are subject to a $25 fee in addition to the payment due paid full immediately by cash only please. Please be advised that these policies are strictly enforced.
- Gratuity/Tips: At Trinity Wellness we're happy to offer our clients the best experience possible. Gratuity/Tips are greatly appreciated but never expected. You may tip your Massage Therapist any amount you like. Typically the gratuity/tip price range is between 20% - 25% of your service cost.
