After 13 years in Healthcare I decided to change my course and focus on helping clients become more proactive in their care by seeking alternative treatments such as massage therapy. I graduated from High Tech Institute in March 2009 and promptly began seeing a variety of clients. I truly love this hands-on healing technique and believe that all bodies can benefit from massage therapy and holistic care. My treatments are always personalized to address each client’s individual needs. I incorporate many different techniques and modalities to reach the best possible outcome for my clients. I enjoy learning and perfecting new techniques and plan on continuing my education for years to come.

In 2014 I decided to begin a journey a bit more spiritual in nature. After completing Usui Reiki levels I and II, I received my Reiki Master certification. The addition of Reiki energy healing, I am able to really connect with my clients and provide additional healing.

Outside of the clinic I enjoy a variety of family and personal activities such as art, music, and being in the outdoors as well as meditation and mindfulness. I love the game of soccer (real football) and believe it is the greatest sport ever!! I enjoy learning new topics and have recently begun studying geology and herbalism.
