My yoga journey began over 17 years ago, initially seeking solace from Postpartum Anxiety through self-care practices. Since then, I have cultivated a deep passion for utilizing yoga, breathwork, and meditation to foster holistic wellness and a drive to share these self-care tools with others. In 2021, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Kansas City Yoga Teacher Training.
Yoga has so much more to offer than just the practice of postures, which is why I also teach yoga philosophy, breathwork, and meditation in each class. The opportunity to share the profound benefits of yoga, from physical strength and flexibility to inner peace and self-discovery, inspires me every day. I believe in the importance of empowering students to cultivate greater awareness and presence by teaching them how to weave mindfulness into their everyday lives. My intention is to create a supportive space for students to explore and deepen their practice while creating a sense of community and well-being. Off the mat, I love spending time outdoors, going on walks, hikes, kayaking, and quiet moments with a good book. Most of all, I treasure time spent with my husband and our three daughters.
