Private 1:1 &/or Group Sessions
Meet one-on-one with our Wellness Instructor/Coach to learn poses (asanas), Vinyasa Flow movements, breathing techniques (pranayama), and visualization/meditation exercises to help with strength and relaxation for a more fulfilling practice! This will help prep you for daily wellness, group classes, reach your goals of mastering advanced skills or simply learn ways to de-compress and find peace. You can specify and customize your experience on what you would like to learn more Yoga, Guided Meditation, Breathing Techniques or a fusion of all!
Private Yoga Session
Your coach/instructor will custom design your experience to be both challenging and accessible to all levels: beginners to advanced. Once a particular pose is mastered modification and advance poses will be added. Vinyasa yoga style links breath to movement, builds internal heat, encourages mindfulness, as well as increases endurance, flexibility, and strength. The Sun Salutation will be incorporated with a variety of yoga ASANAS (poses) to help benefit the entire body, mind, and spirit.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring your own Yoga mat and any props needed (available @TW).
Private Guided Meditation Session
Explores the physical body, breath, emotions, intellect, intuition and connection to a higher self as you are supported sitting or lying position and induces full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. It is a nurturing practice and can be ideal for those new to meditation or suffering from chronic pain, cancer or other chronic health conditions, anxiety, illness, grief, or stress. It is also a wonderful way to visualize and prepare for events such as childbirth, surgeries, or stressful transitions. Each private session is customized to your needs and comfort to aid in relaxation, well-being and healing.
Please bring any items that bring you comfort and wear comfortable layered clothing.
Private Sound Bath Healing Session
This experience will transcend your body + mind to a different place. Sound Bath is the practice of healing bodies through sound waves and is thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world. This “spiritual, cleansing music" varies according to place and culture, but it can be as simple as chanting an "om" following your yoga session or as complex as an hour-long experience in a space with a sound practitioner. While in a comfortable restful and restorative state lying down (Shavasana), this unique meditative experience will “bathe” you in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, along with the practitioners voice. The music doesn’t have a catchy melody or rhythm like you’d experience at a concert or symphony, but instead is a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones. Along with guided imagery, the sound healing practitioner’s intention is to help balance the chakra energy in the body creating deeply peaceful and self-meditative experience.Please wear comfortable relaxed clothing and bring any props needed for comfort (available @TW).
