This 75 min Meditation + Movement class (offered 1st Sunday Monthly) will bring healthy movement and thoughtful purpose to your Sundays with themed vinyasa and yin yoga to cleanse the body and calm the mind.
This practice will incorporate mindful yoga philosophy with postures to bring opening, healing, awareness, and strength to your body and mind. Class themes and meditation will bring focus to your awareness of each breath and calming of the mind. Perfect for stress relief. Enjoy the close of class with a peaceful 40 minute yoga practice with a 15 minute meditation to begin and end your practice. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress, or simply want to decompress, this class is perfect for all. This 60-min Friday Night Flow class is a feel-good Vinyasa-style yoga flow to wind down your week and kickstart your weekend. Allow yourself to move, breathe, release tension, and find renewal through yoga. All levels welcome - including beginners.

This 60 min Barre + Yoga Sculpt power class fuses together the full body isometric toning of Ballet Barre, Pilates and Yoga Sculpt. All levels welcome - including beginners.
This class is unique as there is no use of an actual barre, but you’ll experience a total body workout while staying true to ballet postures. RESTORE + REIKI HEALING
Experience the stress-relieving benefits of Restorative Yoga with the healing power of Reiki. This 90 min Restore + Reiki Healing is a powerful combination that deepens the relaxation of mind, body, and spirit. All levels welcome - including beginners!
Kelly will lead you through a series of classic restorative yoga poses designed to bring the body back to its natural alignment. You will be fully supported in each pose, allowing the muscles to relax and open while encouraging the release of stress, anxiety, and toxins that can cause illness. While in these poses Christina, a certified Reiki Master, will share with you the healing touch of Reiki. This 75 min Stress Relief Yoga class (offered 4th Sunday Monthly) is a relaxing practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored. All levels welcome - including beginners.
Your body will benefit from gentle movement, and your mind will benefit from peaceful stillness. Class begins with a Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow, pairing mindful movement and conscious breath work to build strength and balance. Then we’ll transition into a series of yin yoga poses to allow a deep stretch into the muscles and joints, improving joint mobility and range of motion.
