CONNECT WITH TAYLOR
I became a yoga instructor in May 2019 through KC Yoga Kula in Kansas City. I feel in love with yoga back in 2014 and made it my main source of fitness in 2018. Yoga helps me release my anxiety while I practice. One of my favorite things about teaching yoga is watching my students achieve something they've been working on and being proud of themselves for not giving up and being the best versions of themselves every time I see them. I want to continue helping people love themselves and be more in tune with their bodies through yoga.
