We've organized & updated the studio and class options to offer you more for your Health + Wellness goals!

The studio may look a bit different with social distanced smaller classes and time between for sanitizing, but you'll still get a great experience. Your comfort, health and safety is our priority which is why at this time masks are required at all times including during class and social distancing must be maintained.

Please bring all your own class items needed, such as: mat, yoga props, towel, water, etc. (available @TW).

​To ensure your spot, please sign up AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS so we can prepare! If you do not sign up in advance, there's NO GUARANTEE that there will be an opening! CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CORE Sculpt - 45min

This 45-min Core Sculpt class is a full body strength and conditioning workout focused on toning the abs, glutes, thighs, and back. All levels welcome - including beginners.

This low impact training class formatted in a series of timed exercises utilizes a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension trainers, and your own bodyweight to sculpt and tone your core muscles; improve stability, posture, and balance; and build overall strength, stamina, and coordination. Get ready to energize your body + mind!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes & bring a yoga mat, towel, water and any props needed (available @TW). Hydration Advised.
Yoga Sculpt - 45 min

This 45 min Yoga Sculpt class is designed to target the benefits of yoga, while adding hand weights for an extra challenge to your practice. All levels welcome - including beginners. 

While sculpting in yoga postures, you'll experience cardio burst and core exercises to strengthen and energize your body and mind. ​Whether you're looking to gain muscle tone, improve flexibility or relieve stress, this class is perfect for all. Modifications offered for all levels of practice to suit individual needs. Get ready to find your fatigue and sweat out all those toxins for a fun full body workout!

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, water and light hand weights are optional (available @TW). 
Core + Flow 45 min

This 45-min Core + Flow class combines the benefits of pelvic floor movements to strengthen and tone your core, waistline, and hips along with Yoga Flow to revive your body. All levels welcome, including beginners!

During this Tabata based training class, you will synchronize conscience breath with vigorous and mindful movement allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. The focused pace allows for body awareness, movement therapy, pelvic engagement & back stability. Benefits include: improved flexibility, posture, range of motion, increased blood flow and alleviate & prevent back pain.

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, any props needed, & T Spheres (if available). Hydration Advised!
YIN + RESTORE YOGA - 45 MIN

This 60 min Yin + Restore Yoga is a wonderful compliment to the more active and strengthening "Yang" practice. All levels welcome - including beginners

Yin asanas (poses) are passive, and are held for several minutes. It works on the connective tissues, which respond best to a slow and steady load. Yin Yoga requires the muscles to relax around the connective tissue in order to get a stretch, which will aid in fascia release and joint mobility. Ending with relaxing Restorative Yoga. It is a very deep, calming, and satisfying practice.

buti yoga Tribe - 45 min

This 45 min Buti Yoga Tribe class is a fusion of power yoga, HIIT, cardio bursts, strength conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. The beat of the music guides your movement. All levels welcome - including beginners!
 
This fun and unique practice, known for it's cardio-intensive bursts, tribal flow, and pelvic mobility will tone and shape your body. It's designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Get ready to detox, energize and sweat your asana off! Studio may be heated up to 90 degrees- hydration advised!

Hot buti Yoga - 45 min

This 45 min Hot Buti Yoga class is a fusion of power yoga flow, strength conditioning, and deep abdominal toning in a heated room up to 90 degrees. The beat of the music guides the class! All levels welcome - including beginners.

This fun and unique yoga practice, known for its core strength, primal movement, and pelvic mobility will tone and shape your body. It's designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Get ready to detox, release tension, energize and sweat your asana off! Hydration Highly Advised!

YOGA FLOW​ - 60 min

This 60-min Yoga Flow class is the perfect blend of Meditation + Movement offered in a variety of yoga styles customized for the group - Slow Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin Yoga. All levels welcome - including beginners.

​Class will incorporate opening/closing meditation, with mindful breathing and movement allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating moving stretches, sun salutations, and balance poses to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This is a challenging yet light approach to building your yoga practice.

Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress or simply decompress, this class is perfect for all. Modifications offered for all levels of practice with the use of yoga props to prevent injuries and suit individual needs.

Vinyasa yoga Flow - 60 min

This 60-min Vinyasa Yoga Flow class is the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness designed to empower oneself in creating an energetic challenge through guided breath. All levels welcome - including beginners!

Class will incorporate warming sun salutations, challenging strength and balance postures, and mindful focus and meditation while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This active style of yoga links breath to movement, allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. Yoga poses are adaptable for all levels providing creative options to help you build your foundation of a strong and meaningful yoga practice.

outdoor Power Yoga Flow - 60 min

Class will incorporate Vinyasas style flow, challenging strength and balance postures, mindful focus and meditation while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This active style of yoga links breath to movement, allowing one to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility. Yoga poses are adaptable for all levels, providing creative options as your invited to reach a "peak posture" with support. Strengthen, balance, energize and detoxify your mind, body, and soul.

TRX Strong - 45 min

​This 45 min TRX Strong class is an effective total body workout utilizing various types of workout equipment in a series of timed stations ending with stretch recovery.  All levels welcome - including beginners!
 
The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that can be modified for your level of challenge. Stations include using, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer, Kettle Bell, Hand Weights, Battle Rope, Slam & Med Balls, Foam Roller, Yoga Props and more to keep you moving! 
 
Functional training with the TRX is a fun, energetic, and dynamic way to build strength, lose weight, tone up, and build core power as you engage the CORE all the time, in any movement you do. This class offers a refreshing boost to your workout as each class is customized for the group. Ideal for those looking to enhance core stability and strength while challenging the body & mind.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes & shoes and bring a workout mat, towel & water. Class may be outside, weather permitting. Hydration Advised!
