I'm a warm and playful yoga teacher with over eight years of experience on the mat. Having navigated my own journey through a hip replacement, I bring a unique mix of resilience, humor, and compassion to my classes. I create a space where students feel supported to explore, stretch, and grow-whether they're rebuilding strength or just looking for a joyful connection with their bodies.
I'm all about the mental health reset that yoga offers and I know how movement, breathwork, and mindfulness can melt away stress and boost your mood.
