Cleanse + Renew: A Restorative Sound Bath Experience (75 min) - Immerse yourself in soothing sound, gentle energy work, and aromatherapy to reset your body, calm your mind, and welcome the season of renewal. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to cleanse, rebalance, and renew your nervous system. As spring awakens the world around us, this immersive sound bath offers a supportive space for release, reflection, and gentle reset. Led by yoga instructor, violinist, certified sound healer, and Reiki Master Glenda Masters, this session blends calming breathwork, subtle aromatherapy, and curated energy work to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. You’ll begin with grounding breathwork to soothe the body and quiet the mind, followed by a meditative journey through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments. These vibrational frequencies are designed to help release tension, restore energetic balance, and invite clarity. Allow yourself to fully unwind as layers of stress melt away, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected to your natural rhythm. Active Stretch + Mobility (45 min) - This class is designed for the active individual or someone just starting out their workout program to bring more movement, recovery and full body stretching to your fitness plan. Everyone is welcome, including beginners.
Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance sports performance, an avid workout fanatic wanting to increase mobility and joint range of motion, or just need to move and feel better with full body stretching, the benefits of this class are suited for all ages from youth athletes to active older adults. Class includes a series of professional assisted/passive stretching, therapy exercises and joint mobility stations utilizing equipment and props such as: Foam Roller, TRX Suspension Trainer, T Spheres along with various Yoga prop such as straps, blocks, bolsters and yoga wheel will be used to aid in muscle relaxation and restorative recovery. 75 min Thai Massage + Restorative Yoga is a unique Eastern Bodywork healing experience that will bring deep relaxation for the body and calmness for the mind. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
Relieve stress and body tension with the ancient therapeutic benefits of Thai Massage while in Restorative Yoga poses that ease your body into a restful healing state. In this mindful meditation practice, the gentle yoga poses are held for longer periods of time using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and towels to give you complete relaxed support so you can fully let go and experience each pose comfortably. While in each pose you will be guided through pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation to allow for recovery, reflection, body awareness and deeper healing. As you rest into each restorative asana (pose), each person in the group will receive the healing benefits of Thai Massage. The slower relaxed pace of this class will bring awareness to your well-being - physically, mentally and emotionally. This practice is essential to balance an active lifestyle, relieve stress or to simply give yourself a break to decompress. Nature's Embrace: Earth Element Yoga (90 min) Celebrate Earth Day with a soulful, nature-inspired yoga experience designed to ground, restore, and reconnect you with the earth beneath your feet. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
In this all-levels class, we’ll explore the earth element—the foundation of stability, presence, and inner balance. Modern life often pulls us away from this connection through constant screen time, indoor living, and fast-paced routines, leaving us feeling ungrounded and disconnected. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and sensory practices, you’ll be guided back into harmony with both nature and your true self. This class combines gentle movement, breathwork, crystal healing, and guided meditation to calm the mind, relax the body, and ease emotional tension. Each week features a different calming crystal and subtle chakra theme to bring you back into balance. Sessions are designed to be approachable, even if you've never meditated or worked with crystals before. You'll be guided every step of the way with soothing language, soft music, and nurturing energy. Expect warm eye pillows, incense, soft lighting, and a peaceful sanctuary where you can slow down and reset in comfort. This is your time to let go of the weight you’ve been carrying, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and return home to yourself.
