I’m a creative who's found healing and purpose through yoga. After 20 years in a high-pressure career in the arts and entertainment industry, coupled with a busy home life raising our neurodivergent son, I turned to yoga in 2022 to cope with stress-related health issues that had developed. What began as a wellness practice quickly became a passion—one that reconnected me with the creativity I first found through music.
In 2023, I completed my yoga teacher training and discovered sound healing and Reiki along the way. These practices helped me realize that I’ve always used sound and energy to process emotion and bring peace to others. My teaching style is welcoming, intuitive, and grounded in mindfulness. I offer classes that often combine yoga with elements of sound healing and Reiki to support the mind-body-spirit connection. Whether you're new to the mat or deep in your practice, I hold space for your journey with compassion and intention. Certifications:
