4 Nights - Black Rock Mountain Jungle River Lodge
At the beginning of your trip, you will stay in river view cabins at Black Rock Lodge. Each cabin is nestled along the mountainside and allows for beautiful views of the river below and of the surrounding jungle. |
3 Nights - Ray Caye Private Island Resort
The last three nights of the retreat are spent at Ray Caye, right on the beach. Each double occupancy guest room has a spacious porch with gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea. |

Day 4: Morning yoga, breakfast, free time, lunch, free time, afternoon yoga, dinner. Day 5: Morning yoga, breakfast, ground and sea transfer to island, lunch, sunset yoga, dinner. Day 6: Morning yoga, breakfast, snorkeling tour, free time, sunset yoga, dinner. Day 7: Morning yoga, breakfast, free time, lunch, free time, sunset yoga, dinner. Leah Morgan, owner of Core Balance Yoga Center
Leah began her yoga journey as a student many years ago out of a curiosity. Wondering what all the fuss was about, she rolled out a mat at a local health club and gave it a shot. With that first class she started down a path of yoga that ultimately led to Leah becoming a 200-hour+ trained yoga teacher. Studying with inspiring yoga leaders Leah has honed her unique style, which is a fusion of breathing, alignment, honoring your body, living in the moment and having fun. Leah owns Core Balance Yoga Center in Lee's Summit, MO and is also the co-creator of the Kansas City Yoga Festival and the Kansas City Yoga Teacher Training program. Whether your goal is to begin or grow a practice, increase your strength and flexibility, learn how to control stress, or become a part of an amazing local community, Leah can help you achieve these goals. In turn, you can begin building a more independent and productive lifestyle. She believes that the sense of peace and transformation that a yoga practice can bring will astound you. |
Neda Carnes, owner of Trinity Wellness
Yoga instructor, Thai massage bodywork, health + wellness coach, certified Buti yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist and holistic healer.
