My name is Neda Carnes, founder of Trinity Wellness. I’m a Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Bodywork Practitioner, Health + Wellness Coach, Certified Buti Yoga Instructor, Holistic Healer....and Wellness Retreat Leader! But more than anything—I’m someone who truly believes in the power of wellness, connection, and transformation through travel. If you tell me there’s a yoga/wellness retreat… I’m already packing my bags friends! Because for me, retreats are so much more than just a getaway. Yes, we travel to beautiful destinations—but what we’re really doing is creating space to go inward. To reset. To reconnect. To rediscover what we truly want for our lives and well-being.
